Frequently asked questions
As a small business we do our best to be flexible, as such a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
If your cancellation falls within 24 hours, we would need to charge you for late cancellation. There is a waiver we ask you to sign before your first session so you are made aware up front.
In return we will give you ample notice of any holiday plans/medical appointments. We will also try our best to arrange any PT sessions you would miss out on due to our absence, at a time convenient to you.
Please be aware there are two small dogs on the premise. They stay in the main house which is separate to the studio.
You may hear the occasional bark, but Ryan aims to ensure you are completely comfortable.
If you need to use the toilet, this is inside the main house. There is a baby gate to separate the dogs from the rest of the house but if you let Ryan know in advance, he will can close doors where possible.
The main entrance is a large garage door with ample space for a wheel chair.
There is often a car parked outside but this can be moved to ensure accessibility to the studio.
Please be aware that the toilet is accessed via the main house and up one step, this could make it difficult for use. We are happy to accommodate where we can but we have to consider health and safety of our trainer where there is no one to support manoeuvring a wheel chair into the house.
We're happy to work with you to find a solution where we can.
Other than yourself in work out clothing and sensible gym shoes, you don't need much.
Water - you can refill your water bottle in the kitchen if you run out. We do also sell branded water bottles (£20) if you wanted to buy one.
A towel in case you get sweaty
We do appreciate you practicing good hygiene as well so applying deodorant/anti perspirant prior to arrival is helpful.
