What's your cancellation policy? As a small business we do our best to be flexible, as such a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If your cancellation falls within 24 hours, we would need to charge you for late cancellation. There is a waiver we ask you to sign before your first session so you are made aware up front. In return we will give you ample notice of any holiday plans/medical appointments. We will also try our best to arrange any PT sessions you would miss out on due to our absence, at a time convenient to you.
-
How long does a PT session last for?Out PT sessions last for an hour unless you have explicitly arranged otherwise. This is inclusive of any time taken to change or use the toilet.

I understand you have dogs, I want to train but have a phobia of dogs. Please be aware there are two small dogs on the premise. They stay in the main house which is separate to the studio. You may hear the occasional bark, but Ryan aims to ensure you are completely comfortable. If you need to use the toilet, this is inside the main house. There is a baby gate to separate the dogs from the rest of the house but if you let Ryan know in advance, he will can close doors where possible.

I understand you have dogs, I want to train but am allergic to dogs. The studio is situated in a residential property that has two dogs. This does mean that the dogs will have been in the studio. As much as we love training clients, we may not be the best choice for you for in studio training. We do offer online training though - this might be more suitable for you?
-
Is there an accessible entrance for clients in wheel chairs? The main entrance is a large garage door with ample space for a wheel chair. There is often a car parked outside but this can be moved to ensure accessibility to the studio. Please be aware that the toilet is accessed via the main house and up one step, this could make it difficult for use. We are happy to accommodate where we can but we have to consider health and safety of our trainer where there is no one to support manoeuvring a wheel chair into the house. We're happy to work with you to find a solution where we can.
-
What should I bring with me?Other than yourself in work out clothing and sensible gym shoes, you don't need much. Water - you can refill your water bottle in the kitchen if you run out. We do also sell branded water bottles (£20) if you wanted to buy one. A towel in case you get sweaty We do appreciate you practicing good hygiene as well so applying deodorant/anti perspirant prior to arrival is helpful.
-
Where is your studio based? We are based in the E4 area of Chingford, in a residential area, on a one way street. If driving you will need to drive up Burnham Road, take a left at the top of the road and then drive down Hampton road. The studio itself is a converted garage next to a residential house. The studio has a white garage door as of recently so the picture on Google maps may show a little out of date.
-
Are there good transport links? There are several bus routes that run close to the studio. This includes bus route 444 which stops regularly just a few minutes away. Please use this postcode in CIty Mapper or Google Maps to get more specific instructions for your journey: E4 8NT Hampton Road, E4 London E4 8NT
-
Are there toilets on site?Yes, the toilet can be reached through the main entrance of the studio. It is inside the main house. There is one step to climb, after which the toilet in on the same level. Ryan will escort you and then wait nearby (not literally outside the door) to escort you back to the studio. Please be aware there are two small dogs and while they will be kept separately behind a gate, they may bark a little to say hello. If you have a phobia, please let Ryan know so he can close doors in advance.
-
I'm running late, how do I contact you? Please send Ryan a message via Whatspp as soon as possible: 07581 577285.
-
How early prior to my PT session should I arrive?Aim to arrive 5mintes prior to your booked appointment time. Ryan will normally be in the studio with the door open so you'll see him immediately. If you arrive earlier, he may be with another client so the door will be closed to ensure client privacy.
-
Can I park nearby?Yes, there is a drive way you are welcome to park on. Alternatively, the road has residential parking and no parking restrictions. The only thing to note is the one way system the road is on.
-
Can I change when I arrive?Yes, of course. Ideally, arriving in your gym wear is preferable but we do understand this may not be possible on occasion. The studio is private and Ryan will give you time to change when you arrive. Please note that PT sessions are limited to 1 hour and changing time may eat into this depending on when you arrive.
-
Who is my point of contact on arrival?Ryan Guthrie (see picture) is your trainer. On your first session he will always be wearing Four Seasons Fitness branded clothing so you cannot miss him.
-
Is there an official sign in process?Once you arrive, Ryan will check your name and any injuries you have to ensure he provides a suitable PT session for you. There are no forms or sign in requirements otherwise.
-
Is there somewhere safe I can place my belongings? I'll have my work bag/other items with me.Absolutely, the studio is private and there are spaces to put belongings. You and the trainer Ryan will be the only people in the studio so there are no security concerns. If you are bringing any large items such as a bicycle with you, this can be placed in the garden. Please note that this will need to be carried through the studio to avoid getting dirt on the flooring.
-
I need to leave early, when should I notify you of this?If you know in advance you'll need to leave early, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to change your PT session time/date so you don't miss out. If this isn't possible, just tell us when you arrive so Ryan can keep an eye on the time.
